About this Project

When Leanhaus approached us to embark on their Passive Haus journey, we were excited to collaborate with them on such an innovative project.

The site was a rear block on a tiny 184m2, so we worked with them from the early stages of design to integrate an offsite prefabrication approach. This allowed us to erect and dry-in the house in just four days. 

Through the application of Passive Haus principles, including larger insulation, airtightness, double-glazed UPVC windows, and HRV, we were able to create a highly energy-efficient home that is both comfortable and sustainable. 

Our client had a very specific and unique vision for the internals of the home, and we worked closely with her to ensure that every detail was carefully considered and executed to perfection. The result is truly amazing, and we are proud to have been a part of this project, which represents the future of sustainable living.
