New Build – About the home
When faced with a 5m sloping site, Leanhaus was tasked with developing a design that would reduce the need for a standard retaining solution.
We worked closely with them to come up with the best approach, which involved creating a home that appears to be floating over the site, while still achieving exceptional performance through the application of Passive Haus principles.
Inspired by the charm and character of coastal beach shacks, we incorporated these elements into the design, resulting in a home that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
