New Build – About his home
When Leanhaus approached us to embark on their Passive Haus journey, we were excited to collaborate with them on such an innovative project.
The site was a rear block on a tiny 184m2, so we worked with them from the early stages of design to integrate an offsite prefabrication approach. This allowed us to erect and dry-in the house in just four days.
Through the application of passive house principles, including larger insulation, airtightness, double-glazed UPVC windows, and HRV, we were able to create a highly energy-efficient home that is both comfortable and sustainable.
